Your responsibilities will include:

•           Engage with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand and gather business requirements

•           Translate business needs into technical tasks and effectively communicate these to the IT development team

•           Develop comprehensive functional requirements, use cases, user stories, wireframes, and detailed design specifications

•           Create and maintain internal documentation, manuals, and specifications to support system and process clarity

•           Participate in the design, documentation, and maintenance of system processes, ensuring consistency and efficiency

•           Continuously seek opportunities to enhance system monitoring capabilities, identify potential issues, and increase the overall value delivered to customers

The requirements for the role:

•           Some experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, or Quality Assurance

•           Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex information in both technical and user-friendly language

•           Strong technical writing skills

•           Familiarity with SQL and database concepts is considered an advantage

•           Higher education in IT, Economics, Mathematics or similar
